Service terms
Services included
Lambeth IP provides patent technology services described in the executed Order Form, including search, monitoring, landscape, FTO, validity, invalidity, and white-space opportunity review.
Services excluded
Lambeth IP is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, patent drafting, filing, prosecution, litigation strategy, clearance opinions, or guarantees of patentability, validity, infringement, or non-infringement.
Order Form controls
The executed Order Form controls scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment terms, assumptions, and dependencies for each engagement.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate project information, scope inputs, references, portfolios, product descriptions, competitor lists, and clarifications reasonably needed to perform the requested work.
Confidential information
Do not submit highly confidential information through the public intake form. Confidential materials should be exchanged only after appropriate protections and engagement terms are in place.
Deliverable use
Reports and monitoring outputs are business and technical research deliverables. Customers are responsible for legal conclusions, filing decisions, clearance decisions, prosecution positions, and downstream reliance.
No guarantee of exhaustive results
Patent search and monitoring involve judgment, data availability, publication timing, and scope assumptions. Lambeth IP does not guarantee discovery of every relevant reference, filing, or opportunity.
